My wife brought our 4 yr old cat in for urinary problem late at night.

They convinced my wife to sign for treatment at an estimated $800 - $1000 for tests & treatments.

After they had her signature, the bill became $1800, then they would call her have her come in and look at the sick cat, then the bill became $2300.

Then the cat became worse and they wanted authorization for another $4000 on top, for an operation that may or may not cure the cat, all ending up in putting the cat to sleep.

They tugged on my wife's heartstrings draining our bank account in the process.

I will never ever be back to this place. If you are thinking about going here, think again. Wait till morning & go to your regular vet
